Hey my name is Sarah and I’m a Licensed Vocational Nurse. I'm hoping to find a Licensed Vocational Nurse employment opportunity around the West Coast of Puerto Rico as I will be relocating from Riverside, California. I will be a seasoned, excellent person to care for your loved one. I have a passion for helping others as well as the skills and knowledge needed to give proper care. I currently have experience in Skilled Nursing, Mental Health, Chemical Dependency and management in Senior Care. I have experience with assisting with all ADLs on all levels and I’m experienced in transferring patients and minor wound care. I can perform light house keeping, care for pets, run errands and make doctors appointments. I will have my own transportation. I can be available by April 2020.
Services And Training:
I am comfortable doing personal care, simple bowel care, and tube feeding. I also have a drivers license. I have extensive experience. I am proficient in medication administration and pharmacy. I speak some Spanish, but I am currently learning before April.
